It also ensures our farmers and producers understand and comply with the food safety, quality and traceability requirements. We emphasize all suppliers must adhere to strict guidelines before shipping us any product, and upon arrival all products must pass a thorough inspection.
Product Handling & Hygiene Training
Handling fruit and vegetables and food safety is a significant element of public health. We offer both internal and external training courses to all staff who receive the most up to date training or instruction techniques on how to handle food safely.
